We are working hard to expand our insurance network coverage. If your insurance is not in-network with your plan, you have several options:
- We offer self-pay options per visit. You can review all self-pay costs here.
- Many PPO plans offer out-of-network benefits. If you have a PPO plan, our team can review your coverage and give you an estimate of your share of cost. To use these benefits, you will need to fill out an out-of-network benefit form in your patient portal before your visit can be scheduled
- You may pursue a Letter of Agreement (LOA) with your insurance provider by calling your insurance provider's member services department. You can review that process here.
