If you need to cancel an appointment, we ask that you cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before the start of your appointment time. You can easily reschedule your appointment through your patient portal.
Cancellations or no-shows within 24 hours of your appointment time will incur a $50 charge. We do this because we want to make sure our physicians have time to spend with every patient, and when someone cancels without notice, it limits the time we can spend with other patients in our clinic. We appreciate your understanding.
